

Dr. Tyler Howes is a rehab-focused Chiropractor with a background in sports medicine and co-owner of our clinic. An honors graduate from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2025, he is a former collegiate athlete and liver transplant survivor. Dr. Howes utilizes his experiences from athletics and medical adversity to shape his practice today. Whether you are training hard or just trying to feel better in your everyday life, he employs techniques like ARPwave therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and myofascial release to help you move with confidence again.

Dr. Zach Arnold is a rehab-focused Chiropractor with a background in sports medicine and co-owner of our clinic. He earned his D.C. degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2025, receiving the Dean's Scholar Achievement Award, and his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Kinesiology from CSUF in 2021. As a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist for 7 years, he also served as the Brea Olinda Football Strength and Conditioning coach for 3 years. Dr. Arnold aims to provide immediate relief through chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue therapy, including myofascial release techniques. He takes pride in addressing musculoskeletal disorders at their root causes by utilizing proper diagnostics, movement pattern correction, and innovative treatments like ARPwave therapy in his rehabilitation approach.
